Question: F*** your rights! (Praise the Lord)

QuoteFilter: Please help me identify this quote. I think it's from a movie, but I'm not certain: "F*** your rights! (Praise the Lord.)"

Somewhere in my back-brain I feel like this is from a "Judge Dredd"-like movie about an oppressively fundamentalist future dystopia, but I could be wrong. Google is no help to me, nor is the IMDB quote database.

I feel like it's from the mid-1990's, but I'm not sure. Either way, it's been bugging me for about 5 years now. Anyone recognize it?

(In my hazy memory, by the way, it's uttered by a law enforcement type just prior to summarily executing a wrongdoer of some sort. If that helps. Which it may not, since I may be misremembering.)

Could the wrongdoer be...Axl Rose in this concert video?

"08.04.88 - Philadelphia Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA
opening for: Aerosmith (...)

notes: Before 'Out Ta Get Me,' Axl goes off on a parking attendant and a cop who tried to stop him from driving into the venue before the show. Axl says that the cop said to him, "fuck your civil rights, I'm the law."

dersins: are you thinking about Demolition Man? I don't remember if the quote was in there. Doesn't seem right, but thought I'd bring up that flick since it seemed to fit.

I just did a search for "praise the lord" on imdb quotes and came up empty.

Could it be "Praise the lord and pass the ammunition"?

Are you perhaps thinking of Rebel Storm? It's one of my personal favorites, and in my opinion boasts the finest performance of John Rhys-Davies' (and Zach Galligan's and William Katt's) career.

Could it be the scene in The Shawshank Redemption where the governor meets the new prisoners?
