What is this song?

Trying to find an awesome song I heard. I saw the music video once a long time ago (five years?). The color palate was all white. Poodles featured prominently. I recall in certain scenes the poodle was getting it's hair done, as if in a salon. A blonde, very sensual and well-manicured lady. Something about wanting to be a dog. Very cool electronic-sounding, kind of monotonous vocals. Help, I'm dying to hear this song again!

Could you describe the genre of music, or what the song sounded like? Any prominent musical instrumentation? A phrase or snippet of the lyrics?

Best answer: Was it Alison Goldfrapp? Can't think of the song name, but it was in a DDR game.
