Movie with a twist in a very modern house on the coast

What's that James Bond style cinema movie, where at the end hero and heroin are inside a very modern house on the coast, overlooking the ocean? The house might be surrounded by mediterranean pine trees. The two are followed and discovered by a team of police or similar, and then follows some kind of a twist, a pun, a surprise. Sorry, can't even remember what that is. Thank you!
Best answer: I was about to suggest the same thing as kmennie. The house was on Mount Rushmore, not the coast, but it came immediately to mind for some reason.

Response by poster: I think I was looking for Anthony Zimmer, which is called a remake, of a remake of North by Northwest. Amazing you recognised that. Thanks.

That sounds to me like the end of one of the Spy Kids movies.

I was about to suggest Haywire, but I guess you already have it.

Best answer: Almost immediately made me think of Johnny Depp's The Tourist except the final scene has the police barging in while they sail off in the Mediterranean. Think I will try to watch the Anthony Zimmer film (similar vibe, plastic surgery, money, mafia, police etc)
