Plant ID - Like Plantago but Is it?

What is this plant - can some one tell me? Tiny burrs like those of cleavers - little yellow flowers.

Here are some photos - best I could do. Hope someone can recognize them.

I think I remember answering a plant ID question from you a few months ago and you were in Israel. The resource I used at the time was Flowers and Wild Plants of Israel. I'd take a look at what is in bloom now and go from there. Your photos are not really good and since you've actually seen the plant in person, you may be able to use the website more effectively than someone relying on the photos.

Best answer: Well, I found the answer - not on the site you cited but in a book. This is זנב-עקרב השכני Scorpiurus muricatus - aka - Prickly Caterpillar.
