Seeking free program attendance software for non-profit.

I'm looking for a free way (either a plugin / module to an existing CMS or a standalone program) to track youth attendance at our after-school drop in program.

It needs to be able to track two things:

1) basic sign in for each weekday (youth entered)
2) participation in one of our three tracking programs (staff entered)

I'm not a programmer, but I don't mind mucking around in Drupal / Joomla / Wordpress if it's worth it. The biggest requirements are that it's free and that we can easily get reports on attendance for our programs. Thoughts? The closest I've come is civCRM, but it doesn't so what I want quite yet. We've been using Excel, but there has to be a better way!

Response by poster: I'd rather not use Google for this due to sensitive information being posted. Something we can host on our own servers would be preferable.

If you have a Windows server an Access Form could probably accomplish the same thing. Or you could try to get it working with Libre Office on whatever OS you have access to.
