Well, here's a question I'd never thought I'd ask...

I just had a bit of a "due to winter dryness" nosebleed. (In my boss's office during a meeting so at least tissues were there and she's a mom of two boys, so this did not phase her.)
It went on for a bit (maybe took like 10 min to clear up completely) but seems ok now. My question is: I normally go to the gym Tues and Thurs for at least 30 min. I don't want to end up passed out on the gym floor with blood running out of my face if I can help it.

I'm on allergy meds also, if that makes a difference at all. Flonase, Zyrtec, and some advil with sudafed. (The last two only the last two days because it got REALLY bad last couple days. South Central PA autumn in full effect!)
My workout is pretty non stop plyo type stuff. Am I safe to go to the gym about 5 hours from now? I'm thinking I can just go and if I have a nosebleed, I'll just stop. But not being prone to nosebleeds, I'm not sure if this is the worst idea ever or what. I'd rather not skip unless it's very necessary.
I've been very vigilant about working out and don't want to get off track. I can always just work out tomorrow if that's a better idea. I'm going to get some saline nasal spray this afternoon and plug in my humidifier at home.
