What are the best web development companies to work for in Toronto?

I'm a front-end web developer (HTML, CSS, jQuery) just starting out. I have a good portfolio from doing work for friends and a few businesses. I'm self-taught and therefore lacking some of the confidence that comes with the feedback you get in a structured learning environment or working tightly with other developers. I want to get in with a web development company/agency that has a great work environment. What would you say are the best web dev companies in Toronto in terms of great work/life balance, great (bright, comfortable) office space, and mentorship/on-going learning opportunities? (Opportunities to work abroad with the company would also be welcome!). Thanks for the info!

Off the top of my head, FreshBooks is a company that looks fun in Toronto that is actively hiring developers (including front-end). I would also do a search on Glassdoor (Toronto, ON) for company reviews.

http://www.xtremelabs.com/ -- these guys just got acquired by Pivotal Labs, an outstanding shop that (when I worked there) could always use more front end devs. Pivotal is all pair programming, so you learn pretty much all the time. It was a great experience for me.
