At the end of July I visited Canada for the first time. I took my car with me. While driving through Toronto I got onto 407 ETR. Thinking better of it I got off after going one or two exits. So what now?

According to the information on their website, they should be sending me a bill. I live in Pennsylvania, and my car is registered in that state. However, after over two months, still no bill. My understanding is that Canada and Pennsylvania have a reciprocal agreement with each other, in which one will give car registration information to the other.
I drove on 407 on a Sunday, probably early afternoon. On the 407 website they do mention free travel on Sundays, but it seems like this is only for account holders. I've thought about contacting 407 directly and asking, but thought it would be better to inquire of the hive mind first. I'll happily pay any bill I accrued, just want to make sure that everything's OK and I can go back to Canada in the future.
