Question: Where to find template for flash-based trivia game

Is there anywhere on the web I can get a template for making a Flash-based trivia game?

I'm looking for something similar to this --it can be only text,
that's fine. If there are not templates that let me just punch in my
own Q and As, is there a good tutorial for making one from scratch
for someone who doesn't know a lot about Flash? Barring that, any
links on how to do it with php? End-result: I just want a trivia game
(all text) that tracks progress and tells someone their score at the
end. Thanks!

Flash already comes with some basic "learning objects" that you could easily modify. I can't remember exactly what menu there under (Library I think).
