Who Said Something about Revolutions and Ordinary People?

Looking for a source for a quote about revolutions being made by ordinary people--Nelson Mandela? MLK? Looking for a direct statement from a speech or interview more than an observation by a journalist or writer.

Do you mean the Margaret Mead quotation:

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."

I recently came across this quote from Bill McKibben:
“It's a quiet revolution begun by ordinary people with the stuff of our daily lives.”

Response by poster: Thanks--this is for a client, and I think what they want is Nelson Mandela saying, rather than writing this:

I was not a messiah, but an ordinary man who had become a leader because of extraordinary circumstances.

So, I'll mark this as answered, and thanks for your time.
