Flaxmilk?

I have two 32 oz boxes of flaxmilk and don't know what to do with it.

Google is giving me mostly recipes for making flaxmilk and that's no help, and I'm already kind of tired of eating it with cereal.

Any ideas how to use it up before it goes bad? No dietary restrictions. Thanks!

Use it to bake with. Or hot chocolate.

I would use it to make pancakes, crepes, and waffles. I have no idea how those would turn out in practice, chemically speaking, but I figure if you're tired of the taste already, at least those are all milk-using items that would serve as a pretty decent vehicle for nutella.

IT might be OK in smoothies.

Best answer: If it's okay in cereal, it's okay in smoothies. Use it to make a vegan bechamel; use it as a substitute for milk in any baked good. If you bake with other dairy such as eggs and butter, you probably won't even notice the difference, although entirely vegan baked goods tend not to brown as well.

I use vegan "milks" all the time - not for anything special, just subbed in with most other stuff. They generally even clabber for biscuit making if you add ~1 T vinegar.

Substitute for milk or buttermilk in a muffin recipe. Make a couple dozen batches with different additions (blueberries, walnuts, chocolate chips). Freeze most of them.
