Physical health reboot -- how do I get back on track?

I've been languishing in my fitness goals for the past few months and it's bringing me down. How do I get back on that horse? Flexing snowflakes inside!

Long story short: when I moved to Canada, I was (thankfully) removed from a lot of my old bad behaviors--smoking, drinking a lot--and replaced them with exercising. Nothing too extreme then, mind you, WiiFit, aerobics/yoga/Pilates DVDs. Within a couple of years, I lost a little less than thirty pounds.
Last year, I used the Couch-to-5K app to graduate to running, which I enjoy, and adding some hiking to the mix.
But this summer...I haven't really got a lot of what I would call "good" exercise. I made a lot of excuses to not run and hiked only barely. I've stalled out on weight loss and generally am feeling pretty schlumpy and miserable.
So how do I get my fitness groove back? Especially since winter is coming soon enough here and there will be no running/hiking? Should I look for outside fitness classes to galvanize me? If so, what would you recommend? (No Zumba, though, I took a class last year and didn't like it.)
I am pretty good with my diet (I'm vegan) and am trying to be better about keeping my alcohol intake to a minimum. This whole thing isn't about weight loss--though that is a nice side effect--but more about feeling healthy and fit. Hope me with making me feel like less of a couch potato!
