It may help to know where you live. Prices can vary quite widely across regions.

I used to manage a dental office. There are a lot of factors that are going to prevent you from making an actual realistic comparison online.

Most importantly is that your mouth is not identical to anyone else's mouth, and you pay for the comfort and rapport you feel with a dentist. You may not trust the bargain basement guy, and you may also feel like the guy with the highest prices is shady. You have to pick the place you trust.

Another is that even within a state, the prices will vary with real estate costs, wages for the dentists employees (all the way down to the cleaning staff, the practice has to pay all the people who keep things going). This is true within a city, even.

Third is size of the practice/time in practice. A dentist practicing for 30 years may have different rates (likely) than a dentist fresh out of school. A practice with one dentist versus 20 may also have different prices.

Fourth, grafts in different areas of the mouth cost different amounts. It also depends on what kind of bone they're using (cadaver?). The size of the graft is probably going to impact the cost.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you're goign to have to visit different dentists to get the information you need to make the best decision for you.
