Good app to use with Tumblr for iPad?

The Tumblr iPad app doesn't have a proper editor (looks like all I can do is choose a type of post, add tags and post). Can anyone recommend a good text editor app for iPad that is similar to the online version of Tumblr (allowing me to insert photos, add links, italics, bold, etc, as well as switch between the WSYWIG editor and HTML views?

I'm comfortable editing small things in the plain HTML view but don't want to do a whole post with plain HTML - I'd rather have an app that works just like the Tumblr online editor and has all those features, even if I end up having to cut and paste into the Tumblr window.

Wait, I just go to tumblr in the ipad browser window (and always refuse to install the hellish app) and it has the exact same functionality as desktop browser window tumblr does. Is this not a normal thing that is normal?

Response by poster: I could do that but then writing posts offline wouldn't be an option.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but have you tried the Tumblita app? You can insert links and bold/italics, etc, but I'm not sure about being able to switch between WSYWIG and HTML.

Response by poster: I did install Tumblita, where do I insert links and add bold/italics? It looked exactly like the Tumblr ipad App edit window.

I'm looking at the Tumblita app right now on my iPhone, in the text editing part (as opposed to photo/quote/link/audio/video). The links/bold/italics buttons aren't visible when you're in the title field. When you click into the section where you edit the body of your post, a little menu pops up with bold, italics, underline, strikethrough and links.

Good luck :)
