Question: canada.com problem on a specific account

I have a friend who's used canada.com's free web-based e-mail service for a number of years. Recently they've been doing some upgrades, and she's run into a problem: when viewing a message, none of the action buttons (Reply, Forward, etc.) work, except for Delete. Any canada.com users out there who know what's going on? Has anyone had any luck contacting user support for canada.com?

The problem appears to be on the server side: the same problem occurs when I tried it from my PC, running Firebird on Linux.

The curious thing is that when I created a new account and tried it, everything worked fine.

One other anomaly is that on her account, when you click on a message, the browser pops up a new window; on the new account that I set up, the message appears in the same window, not a new window. Looking through the source code for the page, I didn't see anything that would explain the difference--the page invokes some Javascript function. Nothing relevant shows up under user options, either.
