Does a map exist of USG Locality Pay Areas?

Either Google is playing dumb or I don't know what to search for, but I'm coming up with nothing. Where can I find (or easily populate) a map of the locality pay areas as defined by the U.S. Government? Bonus if they're somehow shaded on a scale reflecting the locality payment (% increase from "base salaries").

I don't know of such a thing, but Working Maps would seem to have that capability. They'll let you create a custom map based on zip codes. You'd need to input all of the zip codes into an Excel spreadsheet and associate them with different colors (using hex) and then upload it into the site. Which sounds like a pain in the neck. But hey, there you go.

Not anymore! Here's a map of locality pay areas I created on ArcGIS.com. The "Rest of US" counties aren't included as there's a 1000 feature limit and the ADJ_PAY field subtracts the 14.16% locality that's applied to all other counties. The symbology isn't the greatest, this PDF is slightly better.

A shapefile is available for further investigations.
