Where to get a dress shirt for a tall guy in Paris?

I'm a tall (6'2", or 188cm) and skinny (155 lbs, or 68 kg) guy who can't find dress shirts that fit in the States. This week I'm in Paris, where I assume I'll have better luck finding something with a much closer fit; where do I go?

I speak the smallest amount of French that isn't none. I'm in le Marais, and am willing to walk quite far; I'm a little less willing to trek via Metro, so the burbs are probably not a great spot for me. My budget tops out at about 200 euros, but all else being equal I'd prefer to keep it below 150 if possible.

For 150 euros you should be able to have a very nice shirt custom made, if not in Paris than somewhere else (probably the nicest shirt you can buy is from Charvet, but that is 3x your budget, sadly).

It is certainly more trouble having prototypes made, measurements, emails, but once you find a good shirtmaker who understands your body you will be able to buy beautifully made clothes that fit perfectly for a very reasonable cost.

OTR, however, I can't help you with.

The Marais has a great department store called BHV, it's on rue de Rivoli between St Paul and Hotel de Ville metro. It's popular with international customers so I'm sure they'll speak English.
