Help me put a name/price to this designer wind sculpture.

I want to identify a kinetic wind sculpture / garden decoration that I have seen in both public spaces and private homes, most recently on a Venice Beach rooftop. The piece is comprised of a couple dozen white squares with square holes in the center of each. They are all mounted on bars that spin when the wind blows. Each square can spin independently as well as in tandem with another square, and then the entire sculpture rotates as well. I think that this is a piece that would sometimes be sold by very high end modern/designer furniture stores, such as Diva Furniture in Los Angeles. Do you know what this piece is called? Do you know who sells it?

Are the squares all concentric? Does it look like this?
It would help if you also could tell us how large the thing that you saw was.

Is it the same sculpture that is at the Frank Gehry Edgemar courtyard in Santa Monica (near Peets and Ben n Jerry's)? The website says the artist is Paul Chilko but looking through Google, I think it's Paul Chilkov.
