Where to eat in Baltimore's Inner Harbor with a 10-month-old?

I am going to a conference at an Inner Harbor hotel this week, and the whole family will be going. We are looking for places to get takeout, as well as places where a baby in a stroller would be welcome.
Fun Facts:
--We'd rather not drive.
--For lunch, we're looking for places to get a sandwich to take back to the hotel, as well as ones that would be OK with my husband sitting for a while with the baby in the stroller. (It's bigger than an umbroller, but a little smaller than a jogging stroller.)
--Some possible dinner timelines: eating at 5:00 when the baby eats babyfood that we'll bring with us; feeing him elsewhere and eating around 5:30--6:00; getting food to go anywhere in there. We need to be back at our hotel by 7:00 because that's when bedtime starts.
--Outdoors would be OK unless it rains...
--We eat anything, pretty much.

Five Guys? Not sure if you're looking for something very Baltimoresque, but seconding JoanArkham, lots of chains on that walking path on the harbor's edge, unfortunately.

Best answer: There is a Whole Foods right by the Marriott Courtyard if you are into that kind of food - WF stores usually have a cafe area and are definitely stroller-friendly.

Best answer: Welcome. I work in downtown Baltimore in the Harbor East/Fells Point area, The area is really booming with new restaurants.
A couple good are good to pop in Harbor East Area/Fells Point
Alexanders
Koopers Tavern
Ra Sushi
James Joyce Irish Pub
Heavy Seas Ale House
Also you can take advantage of the Charm City Circulator a free bus that shuttles through various points in the city. Its not dicey at all, alot of the Hopkins/city dwellers use it to get to point A to point B.
Feel free to memail if you need any other suggestions specific to your location. Otherwise, I hope your enjoy your time here.

Best answer: Pier 4, the pier with the Hard Rock Cafe (giant 19th century power plant building with smokestacks--can't miss the huge guitar), has a Potbelly and a Chipotle. There's an outdoor seating area on that pier that's open to all. Chipotle also has its own outdoor area.
On President Street, James Joyce Irish Pub has outdoor seating. Feels a bit like a chain but isn't. A baby stroller would be welcome for lunch or an early dinner.
For a real Baltimore experience, try lunch at Miss Shirley's on Pratt across from Pier 5 (inside the Constellation building). Open for breakfast and lunch only. Stroller friendly. Not sure about takeout, but I'd bet they do. Tell him to get the fried chicken & (savory) waffles.
Hope you have good weather while you're here! There's lots of walking to be done along the water's edge.

Crushed that I forgot Miss Shirley's. Totally recommend. Along with the chicken waffles, the Coconut Cream-Stuffed French Toast is a world beater.

I remember eating at a California Tortilla on Pratt street with my kids the last time we were there while my wife was at a conference. It has outdoor seating, was cheap and quick.

Response by poster: So maybe now we'll get to use the aging Whole Foods gift card. Thank you all; so many great choices! And wow, I don't think I've had fried chicken since I was a child, so Miss Shirley's is on the list.
