Please help me with steroid (Sustanon 250) cycle and goals

I have 60ml of Sustanon on hand. I'm 181cm or 5 foot 9, and weigh 108kg or 240 pounds... pretty much morbidly obese considering the amount of fat/muscle ratio I have... I'm an Endomorph and work a desk job sitting on my bum 8 hours a day. I was against steroids before but sort of got talked into it from a bodybuilder mate of mine who convinced me I need a good boost to get me motivated. I decided to go ahead with the roids and pull myself together and start living healthy again (can't believe I let it get so bad). I'm going to be doing one body part a day push pull method (chest, back, shoulders, arms then legs in that order at 6am Monday to Friday) between 40mins to an hour before work just smashing it. I'm not going to change my weight lifting routine. I'll be taking a protein shake after the workout and taking creatine throughout the week. What I'm iffy about is the diet and trying to lose as much weight and gain muscle at the same time. I'm not doing cardio at all, I'll just be going for a 30 min walk a few hours before bed (7 days a week), please don't try convince me to do cardio because I heard doing cardio would make my gains smaller if I'm doing a single body part push pull method.

You'll have relatively good immediate results from this program alone. Steroids are a controversial topic to be sure but you specifically I would caution off of them, for the following reason: one [of many] causes of obesity related illnesses is that a large excess of fat cells create a huge hormone imbalance, throwing off countless delicately balanced endocrine processes in your body. Your hormones are already, to put it bluntly, rather fucked. Do you think it's a good time to be using an exogenous drug that you don't really understand to explicitly modify your hormones further? Basically what you have here is a car that has already been in a wreck, and you're trying to fix the engine with a sledge hammer.

A 30 minute walk before bed 7 days a week is great cardio especially for a fellow your size. Stick to your lifting program, your walking, and your protein shakes. You'll see some nice changes in your body comp. Save the steroids for later.
