Ordering Mafer peanuts online

Mafer Premium peanuts, originally purchased in Mexico, anyone know where I may find them online or in-store (in Canada)? I am so addicted to them, and my stash is running dry! Thanks

if I recall correctly, those peanuts are the ones with a doughy shell added on to them? if so, try looking for any brand of 'cacahuates japoneses' or 'Japanese peanuts' (as they are called in Mexico) here in TX, any convenience store with a NAFTA-snacks stand sells some version of them. not sure about interweb tho.

Yeah, if ernie's right about the type of nut you're looking for, you can also find those at most Mexican and Asian markets. At least, that's where I buy mine here in Northern California.

Response by poster: Yeah, Japanese is the one, but not found here in Canada though...I was just in San Diego, should have looked, but the hunger was not with me at that time... :)
Asian markets here have never heard of Japanese peanuts, ha.
