Handheld massager with heat?

Can someone recommend a good handheld massager, preferable with heat. Not for sexy time, just for someone with a lot of muscle and nerve pain.

Not hand held, but I have this chair cushion massager and love it. I have to sit on a pillow to make the neck rollers hit the right spots even though I'm 5'8", but that's the only negative I can think of. I've had it 4 years and it's still going strong.

Also, the Theracane rocks and you can always use it in conjunction with a heating pad.
