Playing an iPhone Voice Memo over the phone?

Is there an easy way to play a Voice Memo (previously recorded, using the iPhone's app) during a phone call so that the person on the other end of the line can listen to it? This is an iPhone 4.

I'm trying to play a recording (of a malfunctioning machine) made with Voice Memo over the phone to a tech support person. He doesn't have speakers on his computer, so emailing him a sound file does no good. I guess I could call on another phone and hold the phones together, but I'd like to keep the sound quality as high as possible.

I've tried backing out of the phone call while keeping the call going and playing the voice memo, but it doesn't play over the phone line.

It seems like it shouls be an easy thing to do, but I can't figure it out and I'm not finding anything useful with Google.

Best answer: Email it to yourself, open the sound file on your computer, then play it for the guy over your phone?

Response by poster: These Birds -- and hold the phone up to the speaker, you mean? I was hoping to avoid losing more quality, but that's better than the two-phone idea, at least.

Yes. I've done this before and usually there isn't too big a loss in quality. YMMV.
