Can anyone identify this artwork for me?

Can anyone identify this artwork for me? It's on the wall at 1630 Revello Drive, which is the home of one Ms Buffy Summers... One view of it, another view.

This probably won't help much, but it's a strikingly Wyethian setting (barn, hill, sky), but not in Andrew's style -- perhaps someone else in contemporary realism, or a relative like Jamie who does pastoral prints of minor note. I imagine the set designer chose something with a name attached to it.

I'd ask here (buffyworld.com)... Joss himself sometimes swings by, and people from the crew are occasionally around, and they might be able to find out the answer for you.
