Recommendations for a naturopath and/or acupuncturist in Toronto?

I am looking for recommendations for a *good* naturopath and/or acupuncturist in Toronto. Want to potentially get a full workup for lifestyle changes I can make to be healthier, and go away with an action plan I can follow...

Further details:

- I am a vegetarian and suspect I have some undianosed food sensitivities. I'd like to get ideas for what I should be eating to keep myself healthy

- I have always had an irregular period and would love to see that normalized or improved. I would like to get pregnant in the next year would like to focus this process on helping that.

- I am open to supplements, yoga, acupuncture and other alternative or natural practices. I just need someone good who knows their stuff and can tell me what to do.

Subway accessible is preferable. Any suggestions or recommendations? I don't really know where to start.

Jiselle Griffith is caring, comprehensive and generally made me feel way better than I did before I started seeing her.

Cyndi Gilbert is fantastic. She runs her practice out of her home in Little Italy, teaches at the CCNM, and is incredibly thorough. She incorporates a variety of approaches and specializes in women's health. She may even do acupuncture herself (I never had acupuncture with her, but I think I remember her saying it is a treatment she is trained in). She's compassionate, calm, and well-researched.

I like www.dawnaarons.com.
She has fixed me many times. Mostly for sports related injuries.

She always tells me what I need to hear rather than what I want to hear :)

I would highly recommend Tracy Chen. She will thoroughly listen to you and will provide you with the best care. She's also very honest, if she feels she can't help you, she'll let you know.

I've been going to her for years.
