What are all the words to the song about spaghetti by Dapper O'Neil? Extra points if you can find an online recording.

I was trying to joke with my husband about having spaghetti-itis when I realized he didn't get the reference. I tried looking up the song and found that it was sung by Dapper O'Neil, the Boston politician. Alas, despite my google-fu I could not find any streaming online recording or the complete lyrics for him and all I remember is what I imagine is the refrain:

I've got spaghetti-itis
Oh what a horrible disgace
Spaghetti all over the table
Spaghetti all over my face

Is there more to the song?
