Looking for Podcasts on Video Games

Looking for some podcasts that focus on video games. I already listen to the Giant Bombcast and The Indoor Kids. What am I missing?

Heh, you named the two podcasts I removed from my feed, so this comes with a grain of salt. Here's everything I actively listen to and enjoy in no particular order:

Weekend Confirmed.
Joystiq
RetroCollect
Games Dammit! (may be renamed soon)
Retronauts.
Rock, Paper, Shotcast (possibly dead)
A Life Well Wasted (long-dead but awesome)
Rougelike Radio (feat. Mefi's own JHarris!)

You may also be interested in this past question of mine, which is where I got all those from.

Top Score is good for contemporary game music, and The Legacy Music Hour is good for 8/16bit music.

Idle Thumbs! It's run by some guys from Telltale and DoubleFine, so very informed w/r/t design.

Oh, and if you're into iOS gaming at all, there's the TouchArcade podcast.

Caveat: it's, uh, kind of really bro-y (so much so that I stopped listening to it after they spent a good five minutes ranting about fat people at a gaming con) but from what I can tell, they're doing the best actual coverage of the iOS gaming scene in podcast form.

Another Castle is great! It's an interview-based podcast focused on (but not limited to) the indie games development and games research scene in NYC. (Full disclosure: I was one of the interviewees in season one.)

Idle Thumbs is the only other video game podcast I listen to, and like hellojed I highly recommend it.

I don't listen to Retronauts any more (after Jeremy Parish stopped hosting, the episodes started to get a little less focused), but many of the earlier episodes in the archive have great research and interviews.

The Gamers With Jobs Conference Call has been a must listen for me for years. Great cast of regulars, frequent awesome guests, they do a Games You Can Play Right Now segment, a topic discussion and a Your Emails segment, all great. Highly recommended.

Video Games Hot Dog - started by some pretty sweet dudes (indie game developers) who missed Idle Thumbs when it was gone. General industry talk, humor, and an in-depth discussion of a per-podcast game "assignment" that they all commit (with varying degrees of success) to playing the previous week. And of course, n'thing Idle Thumbs, now that it is back.

Video gaaaaaaaaames!
