resume writing software?

Looking for a good resume writing tool...any recommendations?

Maybe something driven by a database and would allow the user to easily upate as work new work experiences happen and old experiences are recalled.

I'm a big fan of separating content from design. As such, I use the XML Resume Library.

A word processor. Unless you are changing jobs every month, you shouldn't need anything but a simple document.

Or are you writing resumes for many people?
