Name That Manga

I ran across a manga a while ago, and now I can't remember what it was called. Help me remember. Details inside.
Okay, I'm asking cause this is bugging me, so the stakes are pretty low. Here is what I remember about this particular manga:
It featured a teenage male protagonist who felt "invisible" or "like a ghost." He poisons a child in a restaurant and then gets recruited by an extremely buxom woman into a game where he must kill or be killed. The only catch is that the players cannot kill each other directly. The reward for winning is a chance to rule the world, or something like that. The protagonist ends up locked in a battle of wills with a psychopath who keeps escaping from a juvenile detention facility.
