Where to eat in LA, super specific edition

Where should I eat this pizza?

This Saturday I'm meeting up with a friend to try Hollywood Pies. Ok, that's all well and good. But Hollywood Pies is a take out and delivery place only and neither of us live nearby. A long drive would just let the pie cool down.

I'm hoping to find some bar which is friendly with the idea of you bringing in your own food and ordering drinks there. I'm open to other suggestions about comfy places where we could settle with a pizza too.

Depending on what time you're meeting up, you could drive over to LACMA (less than 10 mins. away) and eat out on the plaza. (I don't know if you could take the pizza with you into Ray's, which is the actual bar on the plaza, but you could call and ask.)

It might be worth calling The Phoenix (Wilshire and La Cienega) to ask? They have a lot of space and a pretty limited menu, so they might be okay with it.

Molly Malones on Fairfax/6th also lets you do this on the weekends, I think after 8 when they stop serving food. You should probably call to confirm.

Have you asked them? I wouldn't be surprised if they're friendly with a nearby bar.

You could make it to the Mandrake if you wanted.

I've done this at Little Bar, which is pretty close. The link explains that outside food is welcome.

The Farmer's Market isn't too far away, 3rd & Fairfax, and is basically a food court with bars.
