Restaurant recommendations in/near Gilbert, AZ?

Will be visiting for Valentine's day, any dinner/date recommendations would be appreciated!

Binkley's, if you're willing to drive to Cave Creek.

It doesn't get more unique or authentic than Romeo's Euro Cafe. Huge portions, prolific menu, lavish handcrafted desserts, respectable wine list. One of the owners is usually floating around and they like to talk food. Some of the dishes take a while to make, so there's lots of comfy time between courses which can be great (or, I suppose, nightmarish) for dates.

The Keg is always a pretty good place for a couple. It strikes a good balance between casual and upscale, I guess, although it isn't exactly "cozy" nor quiet. Note that Cave Creek is almost 45 miles north of Gilbert. If you're willing to drive, Scottsdale (17 miles away) would be the area to look in for truly good-quality romantic places. In that area, restaurants that fit your criteria would be far too numerous to mention.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned precaution, I think there are three unpretentious places that are worthy of mention: Dick's Hideaway, Le Grande Orange, and Chelsea's Kitchen (has a valentine's day special).

Masada Sushi has fantastic food, and is in Gilbert.

Romeo's is a good choice, as noted above.

Gilbert is pretty bedroom-communty-ish...you'll have a MUCH larger choice in Scottsdale or even Phoenix..
