Replacement lids for Bormioli Rocco glass pitchers?

I have a few Bormioli Rocco Frigoverre glass pitchers with hermetic lids like this one and these, but one is missing a lid and the other lid is beginning to crack, after long wear. It seems like the factory does not sell replacement lids. Anyone else able to get replacement lids? If not, what have people done for a replacement?

I didn't see the specific pattern you're looking for, but you still might want to check with Replacements.com. I've had good luck finding rare pieces with them in the past.
