Webinars & online training

Can anyone recommend best online seminar services?

Does anyone have any experience using WebEx, Infinite Conferencing, Centra, or any other “webinar” services? My client would like to develop live online training for a non-tech savvy group of customers. I would appreciate any pointers.

Best answer: I've used both WebEx and Live Meeting, they're both very good. Both will automatically email attendees with a single URL for them to click to log in via their web browser. It's very simple.

Note that if the attendees are using machines that are heavily locked down (i.e. don't have admin rights) there may be problems installing the client software. I had this problem once. Other than that, no technical knowledge beyond how to use a web browser is necessary.
