I saw an incredible vocalist at Passion 2013 - who is she?

I attended the Passion 2013 event in the Georgia Dome last month, and one of the vocalists was this woman. I have not had any success in digging up who she is but I am interested in checking out her music. Does anyone know her name?

I don't know but I have a friend who was there so I sent a link to the picture to him. I will let you know if he recognizes her.
