What program makes windows dance?

I'm looking for a piece of music visualization software that was posted on Boing Boing about a year ago. It was unique in that it used the individual elements of the windows desktop heavily in its visuals - dancing windows, icons, and scrollbars. Basically, it made Windows come alive Anyone know what I'm talking about?
