I just wash my entire head with shampoo.

I've always used shampoo when showering.

Shampoo. Facial wash is for skin. Shampoo is for hair.

Yup, shampoo for the beard.

Facial soap.

Soap is soap.

Had this dilemma myself, as head hair and beard hair are significantly different. After experimentation, the same shampoo for both. The beard feels better (unsure if it looks better, and don't care that much) and it's also more practical - and feels right - to wash in shampoo than any kind of soap.

I use bar soap for everything. Makes no difference as far as I can tell.

Neither. I use conditioner on head and beard, maybe every other day; no shampoo at all. (I have curly hair; shampoo frizzes me out like mad.)

My partner's beard is nicer since he started using a beard-wash on it - I don't recall the brand but it has a pirate on it: Bluebeard?

Dr Bronner's for all of me, in the shower, in the tub, and in the wash-basin.

(Most) shampoo is for the scalp, not the hair and my scalp has different concerns than my chin. My face does better with a face wash.

Conditioner is for hair so once I have a decent amount of growth (near the point where I'd call it a beard) I'd condition it at least every other day. If I have multiple conditioners available I'd use the richer one on my beard all the time.

Shampoo (same as head hair).

Not a facial wash, but it might as well be:

Shampoo, conditioner and then just a bit of pomade.

Transmission fluid and bear fat.

Oh, fine. Shampoo.

Dr. Bronner's. Though to be honest I used to just not wash it (that is, I would just rinse it with water) and it was fine. It never got oily or itchy or smelly or anything like that. I don't honestly think it matters that much, just experiment and see if there's a particular treatment that works better for you.

Shampoo. Soap. Whichever. Most of the time, though, I just rinse it thoroughly.

Hair: shampoo. Face and beard: soap.
