There is or was a lefty newspaper columnist who used the phrase, There's a man with a gun over as a tagline. He wrote for a major newspaper. What is his name? No, it's not Stephen Stills....

Jon Carroll, who wrote columns for the San Francisco Chronicle and writes for sf gate now, tag lined with as much of a lyric as would fit into his character limit. Here he used that lyric.
