Madison Mefi mafia, what's the best way-by bike-to get from the western end of the Glacier Drumlin Trail to E Gorham St.?

Also, is there anything especially cool going on in Madison on the 12th or 13th of September?

Well, there may be a Madison meet-up on the 9th. After that, you know, everything else is down hill.
