What glasses does Jacques Greene wear in the 212 video?

What eyeglass frames is (are?) Jacques Greene wearing in Azeelia Bank's "212" video? Still shot here. He's in the video sporadically at around 1:08 but doesn't deviate from the angle in the shot, so I don't know how much help the video will be.

They look like Miltzen frames by Moscot.

To answer your sub-question, it should be is, not are. Jacques Greene is the subject of the sentence, not the glasses. Good luck identifying them!

This is exactly the style that made Oliver Peoples cool in the late 80's. (In fact, they are exactly the glasses I am wearing in my 1990 senior photos.)

I don't know about the exact model, but the general style of these rounded frames is often referred to as "panto", "pantoform" or similar.
