Where can I find an Oakley Adaptable Payload vest (or photo)?

Oakley has a product called the Adaptable Payload Vest. Where can I find it?

I've never been able to find this vest anywhere except on a few Google-searched retailers. Oakley's web site has nothing about it, but on the "AP Sandbag" product, it is suggested the vest exists. Where can I find a photo of the vest connected to some of the products and a reputable place to purchase?

It's not nearly as bad-ass as that Oakley, but see also Scott eVests.

First search result from Google has a pretty clear picture, front and back. Seems a bit pricy for what it is though.
