Mensa IQ test Excel file

Help me find Excel file of Mensa IQ test?

A few years back a friend sent me an Excel file of a fun Mensa IQ test, and I'd like to send it to another friend but seem to have deleted it. It wasn't a multiple choice; when you entered the correct answer your score was automatically increased. Anyone seen this?

I'm pretty sure the one cerebus links to is the most common; I'm still getting 10% of my google hits from people looking for the answers. (The post where my readers come up with a lot of them is here.)
