'Mambo Lupita' - no se!

Help me find this version of "Mambo Lupita"!

On a recent tour in Puerto Vallarta, the crew on our boat played a great version of what I've learned is "Mambo Lupita," but my search-fu is failing me. It sounded like a contemporary version with a bit of a techno flair and good bass. The crew was pretty young, so I'm guessing it was somewhat recent.

It's definitely not N-Tribal (rhythm is too fast). Or Perez Prado (too traditional). Or Mi Banda El Mexicano (too corny).

Does anybody have any ideas for another popular version of this song, or does it go by another title I should be searching?

I tried emailing the tour company but they couldn't help.

is it que passa by dj silence? seems like it has the same basic song as the other mambo lupita versions.
