Seattle gynecologist recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a gynecologist in the Seattle area who's good at figuring out what's causing odd symptoms?

I have menstrual pain that is somewhat controlled with hormonal birth control, but is still interfering with my life for two weeks out of the month (I can't exercise without spending half an hour afterwards in pain). The odd thing is the timing -- once my period starts, the pain vanishes, but it's also not ovulation-related because I'm no longer ovulating on the HBC. The gynecologist I saw for this threw up her hands and thinks it isn't a gynecological issue because nothing obvious showed up on the ultrasound, but it's definitely predictable and timed to my cycle.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a Seattle-area gyn who's more of a creative problem solver and might be able to figure this thing out?
