We are a family of 6 including a pregnant woman and senior citizens, although everyone's quite fit. The rest of the young people in the group would like to do some snow tubing or boating etc. but it seems we are too late for all the adventures in water and too early for all the snow tubing and skiing.

We have planned the following till now, because nothing seems to be interesting at this time of the year:

1. Lehigh Scenic Railway - 1 hour scenic roundtrip

2. Jim Thorpe , Asa Packer Mansion

3. Jim Thorpe Memorial

3. Thanksgiving dinner at The Tandoori Palace.

What are some other interesting and adventurous activities we could do in the Poconos region.

If you like craft beer, try Barley Creek. It's right off 80 near Camel Back and the outlet mall.

Bushkill Falls, "the Niagara of Pennsylvania." We went to the Poconos when I was 10; Bushkill is the only part I still remember.
