Question: Mortgage broker in Newton MA

Please recommend a good mortgage broker for refinancing in the Newton/Brookline MA area.

We have previously dealt with Prospect Mortgage in Newton Corner and were not impressed.

I have used Members Mortgage twice in the last year and both times was very happy with the service. It could be that what I needed was not complicated and YMMV, but doesn't hurt to talk to them. Colin was my agent.

Why do you need a local broker? They're probably going to sell your mortgage to a national bank for processing. We live in Newburyport and recently did a refi with Schwab Bank and QuickenLoans. Could not have been easier or cheaper.
