Help me find downloadable resources for election night betting!

I'm looking for a site that offers downloadable spreadsheets or forms for all House seats and all states, that could be used for election night parties. I know about applications like this one from CNN, but I'm specifically looking for forms that can be filled in and then printed, ideally in table form, so a group of people can easily make and compare predictions as the results come in. These things must exist somewhere, so please point me towards them!

I've been searching online and have not been able to find anything comprehensive. This Wikipedia page has a comprehensive list, if you're willing to spend an hour or so transferring the data.

Also, if you know anyone who works in journalism, I know that the AP does have exactly this kind of spreadsheet. They could probably smuggle you out a copy.
