iPhone 4 calender questions - deleted information

Greetings, I have an iPhone 4 and I use the built in Calendar app all the time. I have it connected to my Yahoo Mail account (which I also use for my calendar).

Anyway, apparently I am subscribed to 6 different calendars (most of them sports teams calendars which show me when my teams are playing, etc).

So I tried to delete one of these sports teams calendar, but I obviously did it wrong. I deleted the calendar that has all of my information on it - appointments, meetings, etc, and I don't know how to get it back!

Any suggestions?

A couple questions:

Was your phone backed up to icloud or to your computer?

Had you synced your phone with itunes? There may be a backup on your computer you are not aware of.

You mention Yahoo - is your calendar on Yahoo as well?

I did synch my phone with iTunes on Sunday. I guess I could go into iTunes and see if there is a backup?

How would I go about doing this?

Hi. Thanks kdern. I tried doing that, but it didn't work. The link made sense, but it must be my iTunes settings.

For example, everytime i plug my iPhone into my computer, it goes through a 8 step process of synching, etc, and one of them is backing up the iPhone. However, when I right-clicked on it and tried a back up from a date, the most recent back up was from May and there was a couple of dates there from 2011! Very frustrating...
