how to stop search engines from returning images from deleted pages on my website?
a couple of year ago, i posted a proof gallery to my site for a law firm client to check out. i did not realize that internet search engines would show these pics when someone does an image search for the name of the law firm. i know better now.
firm is not happy that these pics are showing up from searches. deleted all pages and images from FTP. search engines still returning preview pics. when you click on the preview pic, it says file not found. what do i need to do to get these preview images permanently deleted?
