Where can I find a VGA cooler for my ATI 9700 Pro All in Wonder?

I bought a Arctic Cooling Silencer 1, Revision 2. Got my current fan off, removed the thermal paste, and attempted to fit the new cooler on the card. It was off by about 1/8 inch. Now I can't reinstall even the old cooler because I had to squeeze the studs that hold the fan on so it would come out off the board. Any advice/product I can turn to would be much appreciated!!

There are coolers that fit in a PCI expansion slot and blow air out the back where the PCI card I/O would be. Putting one of those beneath your video card is probably the easiest thing.
