Is Meridia going to kill me?

Has anyone had any personal experience with Meridia, aka sibutramine? The good, the bad, and the ugly please.

I'm under a doctor's care, and have done research (but welcome any links or additional scientific info as well) and am looking for personal, anecdotal information. Thanks!

Good experience, lost 15 Kg easily, over about 4 months. Basically it's a willpower boost (i.e.: you actually don't want to eat), and you fill up more easily. Completely stopped me from snacking.
No adverse side effects except some mild dizziness at first. Stopped taking it and didn't regain the weight, helped me change some eating habits.
All in all a good drug, IMO.

Response by poster: Could you drink beer on it? How about coffee?

I wouldn't drink coffee at first, as you'll probably feel a little "hyper". After a few weeks on it you shouln't notice any side effects except the absence of hunger. Beer should be ok, though you will fill up more quickly.
Drink lots of water.
IAMNADoctor, so please don't sue me if your hair falls out or something.
